We are accepting applications for people wanting to plant churches in northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Please complete the following initial information, and we'll be in touch with you.

Along with completing this application, please order a copy of the book The Forgotten Way of Jesus (by our coordinator, Fran Leeman). We ask all applicants to read this book to help them discern whether they will resonate with the way we think about and live the Jesus Way.
